Wireless Nation has strived over the last 4 years to offer its customers that do not have access to ADSL networks, affordable Broadband plans. Over the last 18 months we have been implementing online tools for you to manage your accounts more efficiently. We are please to inform you that these are now all completed and operational.

Online account statements; View all invoices over last 12 months;

View all payments made over last 12 months;

Check your current Data usage;

Automatic Email notification when data usage reaches/exceeds 80% of the monthly data cap and again when it reaches/exceeds 100% of the cap;

Change your account access password;

and many more. Just go to our website and log in under the accounts tab and have a look around - you can do all this from any computer, anywhere you have access to the internet. With these tools now available you can manage your account efficiently and avoid any over-usage costs during peak times. You can also access your e-mail account from our website no matter where you are, as long as you have access to the internet.

 

To date Wireless Nation has been subsidising the cost of excess data usages for our customers who exceed their monthly data plans. As of 1 July 2010, 10 cents per mega byte for excess usage on IPStar Satellite connection and 5 cents per mega byte for excess usage on Wireless connection will be on-charged to cover our full cost on excess data usages. However with all the tools now available there is no reason to exceed your data plans. If you check your account and find you are going to need more data, just ring or email the helpdesk before the end of the current month and increase your plan to avoid these costs.

 

Another new product we offer now is ADSL connections at very competitive rates, if you are now within the expanding ADSL network.
