Do I need an antenna or aerial?

Our wireless modems have a strong antenna built inside so we don’t recommend needing an aerial. If you wish to install one then this will need to be done via a third party and Wireless Nation cannot guarantee the service quality or reliability when using an antenna not supplied by us.

Rural Wireless

If you are on the fringe of coverage, it’s best to try the modem by itself first. You can purchase a directional antenna kit from us at a later date if you need it. If you wish to pruchase an antenna kit for your rural address, please call our team on 09 280 3672.
