First step is to always reboot your modem by simply turning the power off and then back on. This will reconnect your modem to our network and usually solves 95% of issues.

If only one device is affected like a laptop or tablet but other devices are working fine, then it might be a device specific issue. In this case, we recommend contacting the device manufacturer.
